What's for lunch today?

Today a co-worker brought in a pot of white chicken chili with a mini buffet of toppings (scallions, tomatoes, salsa, cilantro) ... I'm enjoying a cup right now and it's delicious. Alongside the soup I'm having a few ounces of my favorite Jennie-O cracked pepper turkey breast from the deli.

And my entertainment? Why editing my book, of course! I've been carrying the notebook with me everywhere lately and I'm almost done with my round of red-pen-edits. I talked to Nikki earlier today and she is still editing too.

Of course, enjoying lunch at the table next to the window with a lovely view is good too. I'm glad it's Friday and I'm looking forward to a weekend with no formal plans in it.
