6 oz skim milk
8 oz water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Body Fortress)
1 tablespoon Splenda
1 serving instant coffee crystals (I used Taster's Choice Coffee Stick)
1 splash vanilla flavored sugar free syrup (optional)
Add all ingredients to a large shaker and shake, shake, shake. I used my old standby Rubbermaid 20oz water bottle, but a normal protein shake blender bottle would work too. I added a long straw to mine and enjoyed it while enjoying the last of the evening sun on the patio.
