Low Carb Cinnamon Waffles
1/3 cup Carbquik Baking Mix (buy it on Amazon
1 whole egg
1 T. sugar free Vanilla Davinci Syrup
2 T. unsweetened applesauce (this replaces the oil or fat usually used in waffles)
1 generous dash cinnamon
Pre-heat waffle iron (I have a Belgian Waffle Maker
Serve with a side of fresh fruit and top with Sugar Free Mrs. Butterworth
