Nectar Chocolate 1/2 scoop
8 oz skim milk
shake in blender cup
or
Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte 1 scoop
handful of frozen black cherries
squirt or two of SF Torani black cherry syrup
8 oz milk
whiz in blender
@Fredda -- Holy cow! Those both sound amazing! Nectar Cappuccino and Nectar Vanilla Bean are two of my all time favorite protein powder flavors. And I love the idea of adding the cherries and cherry flavoring to the second shake idea. Thanks for sharing and welcome to my blog. :-)
